Management of New Media projects and resources (including HR) to meet the learning, marketing and media objectives of University of Saskatchewan faculty, students, campus community and external customers.

As part of the software selection committee for the Hannon Hill Cascade Content Management System collaborated with IT professionals across campus to select a product to meet the needs of a diverse and complex group. My team successfully piloted the CMS using new U of S branding to re-engineer the Office of the President and five other senior executives' websites to launch only 2 months after installation. Within 10 months, we redesigned, migrated and deployed an additional twenty-five functional websites within the system.

Management of Systems Administration: Managed Systems Administrators for both Windows and Linux servers. This included set up and management of hosted clients, development domains, interactions with other campus servers (including Adobe Flash Media Streaming Server) and an Event Registration System using point of sale e-commerce transactions.

Project Management of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL): TEL is a digital pedagogy initiative funded by Campus Saskatchewan. Responsible for management of 15 projects funded at $650,000.00 annually (over 3 years) as well as 50 legacy projects. Project work consisted of development of online courses developed for delivery via learning management systems, animations, online video and web based applications. Stakeholders include students, faculty, Program Manager, Manager of Production Services, instructional designers, graphic designers, animators, video and audio production staff, Blackboard (LMS) and web developers.

Project Management of Web Development: Lead generation, sales of all new media fee-for-service projects, business analysis, requirements definition, proposals/estimates/quotes, customer relationship management throughout the life cycle of each project and ongoing maintenance (approx. 200). Notable projects: http://usask.ca/, http://lightsource.ca/, http://vido.org/, http://police.saskatoon.sk.ca/. Note: Project Management/Development used waterfall method, with the exception of the creation of one of the Pathology online games using an Agile approach.
